Cromitec considers Environment Management as one of its priorities, which is part of its strategic planning. It defines the actions of the environment policy through Environment Management, and searches for the resources needed to its implementation. As part of this police we can highlight: waste water treatment, by-products management and tight control over atmospheric emissions and air quality control.

The company uses residual management, and selective garbage collection, offering environmental education program to its internal public and to the surrounding community. To the environment, primordial attention is given to risk and work accident prevention programs. The company has a package of environmental procedures which are under ISO 14001 certification demands.
